1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ObeseGH Management System, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ObeseGH provides comprehensive business management services including:

• Barbershop and hair salon services
• Game lounge and entertainment facilities
• Bar and restaurant services
• Online booking and appointment management
• Customer loyalty programs

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting other customers and staff

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Damage to property or equipment
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Disruptive behavior that affects other customers

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Appointment and service preferences
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Communication preferences

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Process appointments and payments

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• A valid phone number and email address are required
• Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS and email
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability

Booking Modifications

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Multiple reschedules may result in booking restrictions
• Same-day modifications are subject to availability

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash payments at the venue
• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Bank transfers
• Credit/Debit cards via Paystack

Booking Fees

• A 10% booking fee is required for online appointments
• Booking fees are non-refundable but applied to your service cost
• Full payment is due at the time of service

Pricing

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Special promotions and discounts may apply

Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before appointment
• Cancellations within 4 hours incur a 50% booking fee charge
• No-shows result in full booking fee forfeiture
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case

Business Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Full refunds will be provided for business-initiated cancellations
• Alternative appointment times will be offered when possible

Limitation of Liability

ObeseGH's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left on premises
• Allergic reactions to products (please inform staff of allergies)
• Dissatisfaction with services (we offer reasonable remedies)
• Technical issues with online booking system

Health and Safety

• All equipment is sanitized between uses
• Staff follow strict hygiene protocols
• Customers with contagious conditions will be rescheduled
• Emergency procedures are in place for all facilities
